"Who just pumped about $500B into the market in the last 45 mins?"
RMI - this story right here: "ITALY IN TALKS WITH CHINA FUND TO BUY BONDS, FT SAYS"

Hey, all you TNA traders really should check out this post that just came out: http://www.thestockmasters.com/BULLS-TNA-09122011. Looks like someone else is bullish TNA too.
Thanks Michele. However, after reading Cobra's post and some Rob Hanna offerings, my bullishness the next 1-3 days is subdued. On the bright side, the futures have recovered nicely.
Well of course everything is news-driven right now. The technicals don't seem to count for much. All it will take is another rumor that the Chinese basketball team is buying Venezualan sneakers, or that the ECB's secretary's dry cleaner has raised its rates to send the market down again.
In the meantime, TNA is up 3.75% today so far. Not too shabby.
Just out of curiosity, is there some reason you short TVIX rather than going long XIV?
ReplyDeletehow about a better question...

Michele,
ReplyDeleteJust to mix it up. Usually there are no shares available for shorting, but this time there were so I grabbed 'em.
